Permanent Sonographer

Melbourne Radiology Clinic is seeking to employ a sonographer who possesses a strong work ethic, commitment to quality, the ability to multi-task and respond to change.

The successful candidate will work in parallel with an experienced senior sonographer of the highest calibre, in an independent, doctor owned clinic and friendly environment.

The workload focus is predominantly musculoskeletal and intervention, however not limited to these subspeciality fields. Melbourne Radiology Clinic uses Philips IU22 units and has three other imaging modalities on site: MRI, CT and Digital X-Ray. Hours of work are flexible.

Medical (Radiology) Receptionist

Employment Opportunity for a Medical (Radiology) Receptionist currently exists at Melbourne Radiology Clinic

The Role:

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries and bookings
  • Meet & greet patients
  • Provide a high level of patient care
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Manage patient invoicing and receipting
  • Banking
  • Ensure the smooth running of the practice
  • Answering and transferring all phone calls
  • Typing radiology documents & reports (35wpm min)
  • Organising and managing couriers
  • All other reception and administrative duties as required and directed by the Practice Manager and Director.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A background in Medical Admin, preferably radiology
  • Well polished excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Immaculately presented
