Employment Opportunity for a Medical (Radiology) Receptionist currently exists at Melbourne Radiology Clinic
The Role:
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and bookings
- Meet & greet patients
- Provide a high level of patient care
- Schedule patient appointments
- Manage patient invoicing and receipting
- Banking
- Ensure the smooth running of the practice
- Answering and transferring all phone calls
- Typing radiology documents & reports (35wpm min)
- Organising and managing couriers
- All other reception and administrative duties as required and directed by the Practice Manager and Director.
The successful candidate will have:
- A background in Medical Admin, preferably radiology
- Well polished excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Immaculately presented
- Be self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care
- A polite telephone manner
- Happy to stay in a reception capacity
- Pay meticulous attention to detail
- Friendly and pleasant manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for work
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi task
