Contrast enhanced MRI demonstrates the presence of a rounded exophytic lesion of the lower pole of the left kidney, with a spoke-wheel appearance of central enhancement, characteristic of an oncocytoma.  The differential diagnosis for this is a renal cell carcinoma.
