REMEMBER:
Any imaging referral form is valid.

Any referral form for a scan or imaging procedure is valid and will be accepted at Melbourne Radiology Clinic, even if it has been written or printed on a referral form or stationery from another radiology provider.

What this means?
Your doctor may give you a referral form for one brand of diagnostic imaging provider. You are free to choose your own radiology provider as long as they offer the scan you need.
